Risk advisory for lenders
We find where your book loses money and fix how you underwrite. 7+ years of running lending risk, delivered with our own underwriting and KYC agents.
Sample reports from our underwriting and KYC agents
The agents are geography-agnostic. The samples below are real listed companies in India, the US and the UK, assessed from public data only: filings, registries and announcements. Each gets a credit report and a KYC dossier.
On your own borrowers, the pipeline also reads the data you hold: bank statements, and our supply-chain network model, which scores a borrower's suppliers and customers and flags fraud.
Oriana Power
Listed solar EPC contractor.
Blue Bird Corporation
Listed school bus manufacturer.
Tandem Group
Listed bicycle, toy and leisure products distributor.
Engagements
Fixed scope, agreed before work starts. Lenders in the US, UK and India.
Underwriting pipeline automation
The scoring and decision engine behind our reports, set up on your credit policy and data. You own the code.
Portfolio diagnostic
Where your book loses money, found in your own data. Vintages, roll rates, concentration and policy leaks, with a written list of fixes.
Credit and fraud models
Scorecards and fraud rules built on your data. Borrowers mapped by shared directors, addresses, suppliers and customers, so related-party risk shows up by name.
Credit policy review
Your policy read against your losses and your market. Cut-offs, deviations and documentation, rewritten for your credit committee.
We also advise companies raising credit. That work is kept separate from our reports.

Lakshya Dangi
Founder and principal
7+ years in credit risk across banks, NBFCs and fintechs (ex Standard Chartered, Drip Capital, SMFG India, erstwhile Fullerton). Ticket sizes from $3M+ supply chain finance facilities to ~$300 two-wheeler loans.
At Drip Capital I ran risk policy and analytics for a ~$180M trade finance book: supply chain finance, receivables and pre-shipment finance to Indian MSMEs and their global buyers. Underwriting turnaround fell first, then the loss rate. The agents behind our reports grew out of that work.
